Customer Reviews:
Summary: A bit tacky but good
Content: This c serum seems to help with the appearance of my skin, but once applied it is very sticky and tacky, and will remain that way until you apply a moisturizer over it. I love the fact that it has such a high amount of l-ascorbic acid and also contains ibedenone.

Customer Reviews:
Summary: Cholesterol Improver!
Content: My Dr. prescribed a Rx for this when I was first found to have a lowering of my HDL. While taking the first prescription which was expensive as it was not available in a generic drug at that time, I started researching it's composition and found it to be primarily a highly refined version of vitamin B-3 (Niacin). I switch to this instead of the Rx after the first 30 days and it worked just as well as the Rx. My Dr. eventually raised me up to 2500 Mg/day until my HDL reached a good level. I've sinced switched off to just Omega 3 fatty acid (Fish Oil) which did not maintain my level as the B-3, but had none of the flushing side effect. Now I'm back with a combo of the two, taking 2400 mg Fish Oil plus 500 mg B-3 which has improved the HDL since the previous check.

Editorial Review: To experience benefits for bone and vascular health, 100 micrograms per day of supplemental Vitamin K2 is suggested.*
Research shows that vitamin K regulates calcium in the bones and arteries -- promoting heart health and bone health at the same time.* Vitamin K seems to do the impossible accommodating the needs of both bones and arteries.*

Vitamin K works through an amino acid called "Gla," which stands for gamma carboxyglutamic acid. Gla is part of a certain kind of protein that controls calcium.* Researchers believe there are at least one hundred of these proteins scattered throughout the body. Vitamin K is the only vitamin that makes these proteins work.*

Could It Be B12?: An Epidemic of Misdiagnoses

Editorial Review: In Could It Be B12?, RN Sally M. Pacholok and her physician husband, Jeffrey J. Stuart, cite the extensive research done by numerous medical centers and universities that proves B12 deficiency plays a defining role in many seemingly hopeless problems.
Yet, even in the face of these studies, this disorder has somehow been overlooked by the general medical field and is often misdiagnosed.
The authors include numerous case histories and offer their readers strategies on how to learn if they or a loved one may be suffering from a B12 deficiency.

Anyone with any sort of unexplained health problems, from Alzheimers to leg pain to autism, must read this.
